Workshop Refund Policy

The policy

This policy applies to paid registrations for Effective School Boards regional workshops.

• Cancel 30 or more days before the first day of the workshop: you receive a full refund of your tuition.
• Cancel fewer than 30 days before the first day of the workshop: tuition is not refundable.

We hold seats, order materials, and commit to meals and venue costs well ahead of the workshop. The 30-day line is where those costs stop being recoverable.

How to cancel

Write to coach@effectiveschoolboards.com with the name of the workshop and the name of each person you are canceling. We use the date we receive your email to determine which side of the 30-day line your cancellation falls on.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Please allow up to ten business days for the refund to appear.
